Can the report forms be printed showing just the grower’s data to avoid printing any blank formatted sheets?

This includes the following forms:

TracApple report forms (Generic, Mott’s and Yonder, Birds Eye, Beechnut, Knouse, EUREPGAP)

TracGrape report forms (Canandaigua Wine, Carriage House, Cliffstar & Westfield Maid, Growers Coop, Meier’s, Mogen David, Generic)

To print just the portion of the report forms worksheets (Generic, Mott’s and Yonder, Birds Eye, Beechnut, Knouse, and EUREPGAP in TracApple; and Canandaigua Wine, Carriage House, Cliffstar & Westfield Maid, Growers Coop, Meier’s, Mogen David, and Generic in TracGrape) that contains your data and avoid printing any blank formatted sheets, first select the entire set of entered data and then print the selection, as outlined below.

Open the report form worksheet from which you want to print by clicking on the appropriate tab. Select all cells with data by doing either of the following:

Click on the top left cell of the worksheet form (cell A1), scroll down to the last row of entries, press and hold the Shift key while clicking on the bottom right cell of entries.

Or

Scroll down to the last row of entries on the worksheet form, click on the bottom right cell that contains data and, while holding the mouse button down, drag the mouse to the top left corner cell of the worksheet form (cell A1) and then release the mouse button.

Click on File then Print from the main menu. In the Print window under Print What, click on the button to choose Selection and hit OK. If desired, click on the Preview button to verify what will print before clicking on Print in the Preview window.
