Cornell University's Small Grains Management Field Day

June 7, 2012

Musgrave Research Farm, 1256 Poplar Ridge Road, Aurora, NY, Thursday June 7, 2012. The Program will run from 10:00am-12:00noon, registration begins at 9:30 am.

Nuisance Goose Control

The NYSWMA and the Hamilton County Cornell Cooperative Extension invite you to join us for a presentation on Nuisance Goose Control. The New York State Wildlife Management Association and The Hamilton County Cornell Cooperative Extension  will present a program on the Control of Nuisance Geese at the Piseco Common School, located at 1722 Route 8, Piseco, NY on June 9, 2012.  The presentation will commence at 9 am and is anticipated to conclude around noon.  Cody Baciuska, President of the NYSWMA, and a bird control expert, President & Owner of Loomacres Wildlife Management will be leading the presentation.  The presentation will be focused on how residential and commercial property owners can minimize the problems created by nuisance geese.  Included in the information will be goose biology, the laws pertaining to the hazing of geese and methods that have proven effective in changing their behavior.  For more information please contact Nancy Welch, Cornell Cooperative Extension, Hamilton County at 518-548-6191 or Cody Baciuska, President of NYSWMA at 607-760-8748
